Dr. Heuer has had decades of research experience (including more than 30 funded projects) in a broad array of health and medical conditions. As shown below, he has participated in numerous studies on fertility, menopause and osteoporosis, other gynecological/urological conditions, and a variety of miscellaneous subjects.

(1) Fertility: Clinical studies of the effects of manual physical therapy in improving natural and IVF pregnancy rates and treating fallopian tube occlusion. (Also see Publications.)

(2) Menopause and Osteoporosis: Dozens of studies on the effects of hormone replacement therapy on menopause-related issues, such as endometriosis, urogenital atrophy, vaginal bleeding, vaginitis, vasomotor symptoms, and osteoporosis

(3) Gynecological/Urological Conditions: Research studies on other gynecological and urological subjects including candidiasis, endometriosis, oral contraceptives, overactive bladder and urinary incontinence, and urinary tract infection.

(4) Miscellaneous Subjects: Other areas of investigation include arthritis, chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, diabetes, hypertension; lipid lowering, migraine, and sinusitis.
